- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items are in their original packaging
- Items have not been altered or damaged
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with tags removed or damaged
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Items purchased during special promotional events (unless otherwise stated)
How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:

- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:

- Return shipping for the incorrect item will be covered by Little Sonnet
